Information: The gala is a major fundraiser for the Elton John AIDS Foundation (EJAF) and is always held on the same night as the Oscar ceremony being one of the main events of the evening. The party is always attended by major starts and the 18th one proved to be no exception; guests, along with Anthony Kiedis, included Milla Jovovich, Heidi Klum, Miley Cyrus, Hayden Panettiere, Victoria Beckham, Sharon and Kelly Osbourne, Simon Cowell, Joaquin Phoenix and Jamie Foxx. The entertainment for the evening was provided by singer Grace Jones.
